The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority sign a Memorandum of Understanding to empower citizens looking for work

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation signed a memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority regarding the exchange of information and the strengthening of cooperation in a way that contributes to supporting and empowering Emirati job seekers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and achieving their stability.

His Excellency Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Al Khaili, Chairman of the Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi, witnessed the virtual signing ceremony of the MoU, signed by His Excellency Nasser Bin Kharbash, Undersecretary for Emiratisation Affairs at the Ministry, and His Excellency Abdulla Humaid Al Ameri, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority, during a meeting held virtually in the presence of a number of officials from both parties.

The memorandum of understanding comes within the framework of the integration of roles, the assumption of responsibilities, and the strategic partnership between federal and local government entities to empower human resources in the labor market, thus contributing to achieving the goals of the Emiratisation file.

The electronic linkage between the two sides is scheduled to include the exchange of data and information about the benefits obtained by the Emiratis working in the private sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and job seekers in the Emirate who are registered in the MOHRE’s database. Information will also be available about job vacancies and training programs provided by the MOHRE to Emirati job seekers.
